MMXarchitects is an architectural and design practice based in Dublin, Ireland.

We seek to craft high-quality buildings and spaces across a range of building types, scales and budgets. Our goal is to realise projects that seek to highlight context, materiality and method of construction while ensuring sustainability is considered from first-principle design decisions. We believe this is a collaborative process involving clients, design professionals, craftspeople and suppliers.

MMXarchitects is led by Ian Tracy MRIAI, an architect accredited in conservation at Grade 3. Graduating from TU Dublin in 2006, he went on to work with award winning practices in Dublin prior to establishing MMXarchitects, gaining experience in a variety of project types, ranging in scale from domestic extensions to multi-storey apartment and office developments, and a range of cultural, public and infrastructural projects. He lectures in Interior Design and Interior Architecture in Dublin Design Institute and Griffith College Dublin, and has been visiting critic at Dublin School of Architecture, TU Dublin, and Queens University Belfast.
